W związku z zagrożeniem epidemicznym w kraju i na świecie, dbając o zdrowie Uczestników i ich rodzin, postanawiamy przełożyć imprezę.
Wierzymy, że zostając w domu, wspólnymi siłami jesteśmy w stanie zażegnać stan epidemii. Spotkamy się za rok, by móc wspólnie doświadczyć atmosfery tego niesamowitego światowego wydarzenia. A tym czasem #zostańwdomu.
Jednak nie odpuszczamy całkowicie 2020 roku - w pierwotnym terminie mistrzostw chcielibyśmy zorganizować dla uczestników aktywny happening - by każdy mógł zrobić coś lokalnie, u siebie, i pokazać, że społeczność nordic walking nie da się wirusowi!
Szczegóły akcji podamy bliżej czerwca, a jej forma będzie zależna od rozwoju sytuacji na świecie.
❗Uwaga❗Osobom, które zapisały się i opłaciły start w zawodach, chcielibyśmy zaproponować dwie możliwości:
1. Przeniesienie zgłoszenia i opłaty na zawody w 2021 roku - wszystkim osobom, które zdecydują się na tę opcję, nasz sponsor techniczny GABEL zagwarantuje w pakiecie startowym dodatkowo pamiątkowy i unikalny pokrowiec na kije!
2. Rezygnacja z udziału w tym roku i zwrot opłaty wpisowej - poprzez wysłanie w terminie do 30.04.2020 na adres e-mail: poland2018@nordicwalkingpoland.pl formularza zwrotu: KLIKNIJ
WAŻNE:
➡ warunkiem zwrotu kwoty jest wysłanie formularza z adresu mail podanego w rejestracji do zawodów,
➡ nie przesłanie formularza we wskazanym terminie oznacza przepisanie zgłoszenia na edycję w 2021 roku.
Zwrot środków na podane w formularzu konto nastąpi najpóźniej do 31 maja 2020 roku.

Due to the epidemic outbreak in the country and in the world, and due to taking care of the health of the Participants and their families, we decide to postpone the World Nordic Walking Championships.
We believe that by staying at home, together we are able to fight the the epidemic. We will meet next year when we’re going to be able to experience the atmosphere of this amazing and global event together. For now #stayhome folks.
However, we are not letting go of 2020 completely - in the original term of the Championships, we would like to organize a sport happening for the participants - so that everyone can do something locally, at home, and show that the nordic walking community is better than some virus!
We will announce the details closer to June. The exact form of this happening will depend on the development of the global situation.
❗Very important❗ For competitors who already payed the starting fee, we’d like to offer two solutions:
1. Transfer of registration and fee to the WNWC in 2021 - for all those who decide on this option, our technical sponsor GABEL will guarantee an additional commemorative and unique pole sleeve 🥢 in the starter package.
2. Resignation from participation in this year and refund of the entry fee - by sending an e-mail to: poland2018@nordicwalkingpoland.pl return form by 30.04.2020: CLICK
IMPORTANT:
➡ the condition for refunding is sending the form from the e-mail address used to register on WNWC,
➡ failure of sending the form by the indicated deadline means that your registration automatically is going to be moved to WNWC 2021.
The fee refund is going to be transferred to the account provided in the form no later than May 31, 2020.
